Our Story

For fifteen years, we have lived inside the world of bassoons.

Listening to players, studying instruments, solving problems and asking questions. Our insights and knowledge grew.

Eventually, one question became impossible to ignore:

**What would we make from everything we had learnt?**

The result is Ludlow Bassoons: a British maker of modern professional bassoons, alongside historically informed instruments.
